These documents are in the Government Publications and Maps Department at Northwestern University Library. They are from the late 1940s, published by the allied occupational government. We have lots of cool stuff like this! Our department received these and many other interesting and often formerly classified or restricted documents through the Documents Expediting Project. Northwestern was one of the orginal member libraries in 1946.
